They say it will take 12 hours to get back to you. That would be great if it were true. One person who responds to reviews here claims 24 hours, which would also be nice, compared to the 50 hours and a threatened lawsuit that it took before someone finally responded to me.
That is almost as infuriating as when I had to submit a request for something to be looked at and they sent me advertisements instead of replying to my email.

It wasn't until I threatened to chase them in small claims court that they finally responded; and when they did, they screwed that up too. The story goes like this: after 3 times of trying to order a certain screen protector and facing system errors, and them still charging my card and not responding to my emails or calls for days, I threatened to sue for charging me and not responding to my attempts to contact them (which is common FLOLAB theme in these reviews). I finally was able to order the screen protector that I wanted. After this, they finally responded and said that they cancelled my order to give me a refund and acted like this was what I had asked for. I explained that I had not asked for that order to be cancelled, and later decided to move on to a different company.
Their website says that they have 5 stars on every review, but their customer service is horrible. They must cherry pick their reviews. It's taken me almost 3 days to fix an issue that should have taken 30 minutes at most.
They don't care about their customers. They make good products, but they haven't shown me that they give a crap about who buys from them or their reputation.
Oh, and I have read the 1-star reviews from other customers, and I have to say that I am not impressed with the lack of professionality of whoever is writing responses from FLOLAB. You seem to make it a habit of making excuses or blaming the customers. I will admit that sometimes customers misunderstand their circumstance, like needing to pay for shipping when something is being replaced, but other times FLOLAB
is just making an excuse. More disappointing is the way that FLOLAB doesn't take responsibility for when it falls short. Saying sorry is important, but trying to subtly turn blame around on the customer is saddening. It's sad that great products would be sold by a company that has such terrible customer interaction skills.
Also, to the person that replied to me: i didn't say you changed my information. I said you charged my card and then didn't send me a confirmation email. If the card information i had put in was wrong, my card couldn't have been charged, huh? And what are the chances of it coming from somewhere else when it was your name on the charge?
Another example of FloLab passing the blame.

Smashed my screen cover and it did a great job of saving my screen on the iPhone 12 Pro Max and called up flolab. they just had me snap a picture of the screen protector and I pay shipping and handling and with in a few day a new screen protector arrived at my door..

It fit perfectly, my initial thought was this thing is too lightweight to protect my phone. But I’ve dropped it several times and to my surprise no damage to my phone.

I've had two of these screen protectors, the first one saved my watch screen from being shattered. I found flolab through a review on youtube, and I will continue to shop with them. When my first screen protector broke, I sent them a picture and they sent me a second one for free (except shipping). Totally worth it. It is very easy to put on the watch, although removing bubbles is a bit of a pain. There are some good videos on youtube to help with this problem, but I do currently have a very small bubble under my screen that I can't get rid of. It's almost undetectable, so I don't really mind. My favorite thing about this screen protector is how when it is on my watch, I can barely see it. I wanted a screen protector that would do it's job, but not be a bulky addition to my watch. I love this one, and would definitely recommend it.

Dropped my SE on a shovel in my garage and thought I'd cracked the screen. Turns out, it was the FLOLAB screen protector that cracked! When I lifted the FLOLAB off my phone, I saw that my iPhone screen had no damage. The FLOLAB did exactly what it was suppose to do and saved me the expense of a new screen. Thanks for the great product.

Flolab's screen protectors are really good and worth the money. They took a little while to sort things out when my screen protector arrived damaged, but they did sort it out in the end. So I am a happy customer!

Really bad product and customer service.

I rarely write reviews but I felt that the amazing customer service experience I received from Flolab was deserving of a 5 star review. I had a small issue and contacted customer support via email. They responded right away and were able to assist me immediately. Very unheard of these days. I would highly recommend Flolab and will definitely purchase from them in the future. Thank you.

This was a warranty replacement because it did it’s job: it shattered to protect my phone’s screen. All I had to do was upload a picture of my cracked screen protector and they warrantied it. Flolab.io is a good company with good people.

Great product. The transaction was fast. I bought a screen protector for my phone. Looking at the product, it seems that it has a good quality. I am planning to also buy something for my laptop here. If you are looking for cellphone, especially for iPhone users, this shop is very recommendable.
